Choose A Mattress
I’m not saying that the right bed and mattress bed will cure your insomnia or sleep apnea or sleep paralysis, but a bed or mattress that’s uncomfortable or unsuited to your needs will add to sleep problems.
Therapy and Meditation
People, especially those over sixty, are inundated with pills. Medication for high blood pressure, for the heart, arthritis, stomach problems. You name it. Many of these can cause sleep disruptions. So, what do we do? Take sleeping pills. But perhaps there’s a better solution.
